Return Policy:
15 Day Refund Period - To be eligible for a refund, item(s) must be returned within 15 days of purchase in new, resalable, unworn condition with tags attached and in the original poly bag. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
How to Submit a Return:
Please contact our customer care team to submit your refund. See instructions below:
- Email CustomerCare@GoDarkBags.com with the following:
- - your order#
- - the email address you purchased with
- - what items you would like to return
- To expedite a refund please include a photo of the items showing the original packaging and hang tags are still attached.
- Customer Care will email you a prepaid return label.
- Pack your items in the original bag or box, if possible. Remove or mark out all previous labels.
- Once the items have been checked in the warehouse your refund will be processed minus return shipping fee (see prices below).
- You will receive a notification from our store when the refund has been processed.
Return Shipping Fees
- US returns $9.95 USD for the first item and $1 USD for each additional item
- Original shipping cost is non-refundable
GoDark Bags is a Canadian company. If you are charged a Canadian transaction fee by your credit card issuer, please contact us at customercare@godarkbags.com and this will be immediately reimbursed to you.
